Account Management
Client Success Manager

Responsibilities:

  • The core focus of the role is to support the UK sales team with all aspects of campaign management.
  • You will primarily support the agency/client sales team.
  • Responsible for Reporting, Optimization and Delivery of all campaigns.
  • Support Regional Campaign managers and teams with joint workflow and best practice.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage campaign delivery and act as a conduit for client requests.
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to clients
  • Supply campaign recommendations and discuss these with clients.
  • Manage campaign renewals and growth in campaign budgets.
  • Work closely with in-house ad-ops team on campaign implementation and trouble shooting any technical issues.
  • Work with agencies and clients by providing pre-campaign support on markets, campaign tracking and any additional campaign support.
  • Proactively provide strategy and insights for clients to improve campaign performance, and assist the sales team to grow campaigns through results and trusted relationships
  • Sales support for the EMEA team which includes proposals, powerpoint decks and insights.
  • Working with internal stakeholders and collate information to support proposals and insights.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

  • A minimum of 3 years servicing/sales & marketing experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital marketing
  • Knowledge in Programmatic advertising
  • Can read/speak Mandarin will be a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Present iClick’s online marketing/advertising products to media agencies
  • Plan and implement iClick’s campaigns for agencies’ clients
  • Work closely with in-house ads operation team to deliver campaigns

Desired Skills and Experiences:

  • Minimum 3 years within a sales role, media agencies sales experience is a plus.
  • Ready network of media agencies
  • Experience in digital/online advertising preferred, search engine marketing experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to analyze data and present data driven marketing solutions to agencies
  • Self-motivated, presentable, possess strong communications and negotiations skills
  • Good command of Chinese and English, Putonghua ability

Product Manager

We are looking for a dynamic product manager responsible for both product planning and product marketing, supporting the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision.
  • Working closely with engineers to deliver winning products. Also collaborating with sales, planning, and marketing teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Evangelizing the value proposition to internal stakeholders.
  • Building training materials and tailored pitch proposals.
  • Working with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

Desired Skills and Experiences:

  • Education: BA/BS; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA).
  • Fluent in English communication; outstanding presentation skills.
  • Has work experience in sales or marketing function, familiar with digital media and RTB business.
  • 3+ years of work experience in digital product marketing.
  • Work experience in mobile ads product marketing or social media ads or agency is a plus.
  • Soft skills: brilliant, sharp, quick to learn, can perform well under huge pressure, flexible to daily schedule and workloads, and presentable.
