Office Opening in Beijing and Shanghai. Raised Series A funding from Sumitomo Equity Asia Corporation. Incorporated Diablo Holdings Corporation, which focuses on search engine marketing.



2011
Office Opening in Shenzhen, and also in Singapore and Taiwan to provide localized services to clients in Southeast Asia. Raised Series B funding from Bertelsmann Asia Investments.


2012
Established R&D centre in China specialized in algorithmic technology for digital marketing.

2013
Raised Series C funding from several first-tier investors. Incorporated Performance Media Group Limited in Hong Kong to further expand online marketing business.

2014
Raised Series D funding from Blue Focus. Acquisition of Buzzinate to strengthen the company’s data assets and capabilities. Successfully extended footprint to London (for UK and European markets).



2015
Office Opening in Guangzhou. Merged with OptAim to strengthen the company’s omni-channel marketing capabilities. Organized “Programmatic Marketing Hong Kong” – a pioneering programmatic marketing summit in the region. Launched complete mobile product suite—MoGalaxy.


2017
Officially listed on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol ICLK.

2018
Office opening in Seoul. Launched a strategic growth initiative beyond the company’s core online marketing operation to provide SaaS-based enterprise solutions.

2019
Expanded the presence in South East Asia by forming a joint venture, V-Click Technology, with VGI Global Media in Thailand. Made a strategic investment in Changyi, a leading independent software vendor in China, which provides intelligent retail and CRM solutions to further enhance the company's data-driven enterprise solutions business.


2020
Completed follow-on offering to foster the development of digital operation strategy.

Digital Performance Manager
Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data, including but not limited to ad campaigns performance on digital platforms to improve ROI and digital journey
- Design and maintain business reports and database
- Perform analysis of business and advertisers’ metrics for business actions
