iClick's Global Account Management (GAM) Team consists of 11 travel retail experts with deep understanding and extensive experience in Digital China dedicated to addressing global travel retail (TR) clients' needs by providing a comprehensive range of tailored solutions to identify and reach Chinese travelers at different travel stages.
GAM Team’s Key achievements in 2021:
- Delivered over 48 customized digital campaigns for direct TR clients (269% increase vs 2020), including paid media, WeChat mini-program development, KOL and OTA collaborations
- Overall, the campaigns were able to surpass 100% of their KPI targets
- Ad spending investment growth of 350% over 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic-related travel restrictions have been eased in #SouthKorea and we are pleased to be one of the exhibitors at 2022 Korea Grand Sourcing Fair last week, a hybrid event organized by Korea International Trade Association(KITA) that helps local companies establish international #partnerships with global #buyers. The two-day event attracted 750 Korean companies and buyers from 36 nations, with most of the buyers coming from Asian countries, such as Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam.
